Quiet hotel, good atmosphere - Breakfast is alacratic style selected on the day of check-in. Mostly Thai food which from the popular restaurant in Chiang Mai that everyone should give it a try. But if you don't like Thai food, the hotel also provide others such as ABF or spaghetti. - The staff is very kind. When you've been there for many days and feel bored of food. You can tell the staff what you want to eat that are not in the menu and they will order it for you which is very convenience I really like this place and i will be back again. I was a little nervous when I read all the reviews. But it's not that bad at all. Everything is better than expected . Staff can speak English fluently, and always wiling to help with smile.

Great atmosphere in the whole compound, you can simply enjoy the place by walking around their garden, or chilling at their in house coffee shop or have lunch or dinner at Italian restaurant, Sipole. The owners live in the compound and make sure everything is crisp and clean. They use good quality furnitures and fixtures you feel as if you live in your own house. My room on 1st floor is huge with big bathroom so so comfortable. Breakfast is ordered a la carte and outsourced, some are hit and miss, but great variety there. You also get voucher for 1 cup of coffee/drink per day from their coffee shop. Will definitely come back!

The hotel suited us perfectly: a secluded place with a beautiful park area, with amazing gourmet food in an Italian restaurant for lunch and dinner, a separate cafe, nice smiling staff ready to help at any time. 100-150 baht on Grab taxi, and you are already in the city center. Gorgeous clean well-maintained rooms, snow-white linens. Breakfasts: look at this volume. We were also delighted with another bonus: the new gym. Thank you all!

Merchant villa has all clean rooms and home cozy atmosphere. The garden and pool are amazing. You can find Chef Dan, one of the best Italian food in CM in the same area of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel is marvelous and free coffee from Coffee and me. The best part is Merchant villa's staff: all the best Definitely I will stay here again and again
